Not a Typical Friday

It’s Friday and that usually means that I chill because it’s the weekend but today definitely has to be different.

수업은 2시 에서 5시 까지 있지만, 수업 가기 전에 끝내야대는 숙제도 있다. 수업이 끝 나면 공부해야 되는 것도 있고.

Math 54 got a little bit more understandable because I took some time to study for a long time, but it’s still hecka confusing so I need to keep studying. Still, I don’t think an A is impossible. Actually, I NEED to get an A.

Sorry I haven’t been calling. CS is also a lot of work and I need to catch up on all my classes. I still have a lot of assignments going on so please try to understand. Once I feel like I’m on top of things, I will call more regularly.

Busy Days

Especially because of the wedding next week, I’m going to be very busy this week. Classes are harder but because they are classes in my general area of major, they’re much more interesting than FPF classes that I took last semester.

Engineering 7 with Matlab might be slightly difficult but with the work I put in, it should be a piece of cake. I think my hardest classes are CS61A and Math54. Classes are just a lot of work cause there is so much to read every day and homework assignments to do daily.

rainy season has started

It was raining throughout the day – I had my umbrella for the most part but then when I was walking from Westminster to Soda Hall, I didn’t bring the umbrella cause i didn’t think it would rain and then it rained SOOOO hard. got freakin’ drenched.

Big Game

I went to Stanford yesterday to go to the Big Game. It was an amazing game. Berkeley was winning but then Cardinals (Stanford) were so close to making a touch down until Berkeley made an interception right at the end. I almost peed in my pants. jk.

We rushed the field at the end of game (where we jump down onto the field towards the football team). I went with like 6 friends and this one rich friend just hired a driver to drive us so I’m sorry I couldn’t visit. But then again I mean I will be visiting during Thanksgiving which is less than a week away so I will visit then

yea im just studying, sunday was spent studying then going to the gym. i went to the gym and worked out with my roommate Ryan – we worked on biceps sooo much. my arms are pretty sore right now. feels good haha

sorry about having to make you guys come up to berkeley just to drop off my macbook charger! i can’t believe i forgot that -_-” anyway i’ll post again. i just keep forgetting sorry ><

dorm room layout change

I almost forgot to tell you guys about how we changed the dorm room. We moved down one of the bunk beds because John (the Korean guy) slipped on the chair and hit his butt on the ground once. It looks a lot better! Partially because it uses a better layout rather than just using the best space-efficient layout.

I will fo sho get some pictures up later. I’m actually not in my dorm room right now so I can’t take a picture. I’ll take a picture with my iPhone later though!

Sorry I can’t go back home this weekend! I have to study, I’m really going to try hard in school now,,

There was a Cal vs Washington game and I didn’t go because I was still sleeping (pretty much) and needed to get some work done. I heard we won so I think I am going to go the Cal Store on MONDAYYYYY. Because the thing is, we get a 3% discount for each touchdown we score today in this game But I mean, I really shouldn’t/can’t spend much money so I will try to be more frugal. Such a hard thing to do in college -_-”"”"”"

Anyway, have a good weekend back in palo alto, and of course I will try to go back sometime soon To just chill, I’m kind of been busy recently so maybe in like 2 weeks?

Berkeley is no longer raining! It was just that one day where I had to suffer through the rain, walking to class in that miserable cold windy day that was so dark that it could have been night.

Of course those days will come again as winter approaches.

How is everyone back at Palo Alto? Berkeley is good – I need to meet Stephen more but it’s hard to because he lives in unit 3 (kinda too far for me to just go there to hang out for short time). So what I decided to do was go to the gym every other day with my floormates and go to the gym every other day with Stephen, lift weights, and play some bball. Oh yeah, he got good at basketball! He must have practiced – if I practiced I can already feel that I could get much better. I just need to learn and practice more but I don’t know if I have the time to.

I am definitely starting to feel the college workload. I have a lot of work to do now in studying for my classes and everything. I mean everything should be alright but this weekend and next weekend will be pretty busy. I will try to upload this blog more often. Sorry I haven’t been updating this since it doesn’t even take much time to write a post.

Yesterday I met Stephen. It’s been a while since I’ve seen him. I met him at a place called Toust in Sather Lane. It’s a Korean restaraunt – not bad in my opinion. We met at 6 and I had 매운불거기 and we just ate and talked about how we’ve been. He seems to be spending a lot of time with Korean people while I’m pretty much just hanging out with floormates and couple other friends. Anyway, after that we just headed back to his Unit 3 dorm, tried to play ping pong but the louge was reserved, we headed up to his room, met his roommates Bowen and George. Then we just hung out there, talked about music, about life, whatever. Finally I headed back to my Westminster dorm as he Webb to Unit 2 for some Korean rock band audition as the bass but he was kinda nervous cause he hasn’t played bass in such a long time.
